Key Responsibilities:
  1. Electrical Maintenance:
    • Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
    • Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  2. Installation and Upgrades:
    • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and machinery upgrades.
    • Collaborate with engineers to implement improvements that enhance overall efficiency.
  3. PLC Programming:
    • Proficiently program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure seamless operation of industrial processes.
    • Work with automation systems to optimize production workflows.
  4. Safety Compliance:
    • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
    • Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement in safety practices.
  5. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, including repairs and upgrades.
    • Contribute to the development of electrical maintenance procedures and manuals.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Electrician with relevant industrial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs and automation.
  • Familiarity with industrial control systems and instrumentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
