Position Overview: As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of HVAC and electrical service maintenance tasks. Your primary objective will be to streamline service operations, manage resources effectively, and uphold our standards of quality and efficiency.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for HVAC and electrical maintenance assignments.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments and ensure timely response to service requests.
• Monitor service activities and maintain communication with field technicians to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician schedules.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of required materials and equipment for service projects.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment to support service operations.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules for the service fleet.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a service coordination or scheduling role, preferably in the HVAC or electrical industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and service management software.
• Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in service management is a plus.
