• You are employed by Tradestaff on a casual contract- tell us what you're looking for 
• We then place you on assignment with various businesses in town 
• This works well for someone who may want varying hours, or perhaps just a few days of work a week 
• Meet different people, check out different workplaces, keep it fresh!
