You should have a deep understanding of a wide variety of plants, including ornamentals, perennials, shrubs, and trees. You’ll know what thrives in different conditions and how to bring out the best in each species.
✂️ Advanced Pruning Skills
We’re looking for someone who knows how and when to prune – from fruit trees to formal hedging to flowering climbers – with the precision and timing that promotes health, structure, and visual appeal.
🏡 High-End Property Experience
You must be comfortable working on prestigious private estates and luxury homes, where excellence, discretion, and professionalism are expected at all times.
🌼 Design Awareness & Planting Insight
The ideal candidate will offer input on planting schemes, advise on plant health and seasonal adjustments, and work closely with landscape designers and property owners to deliver outstanding outdoor spaces.

- Full, clean driving licence preferred
