Tradestaff Wellington is gearing up for a strong pipeline of work in 2026 and we’re looking for experienced Hammerhands to join our team for upcoming projects across Wellington and Porirua.
This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, with work commencing from January 2026 onwards. We have roles available across residential, commercial, and civil sites, working with reputable and well-established clients.
What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience working as a Hammerhand
• Proven experience on residential, commercial, or civil sites
• Solid understanding of tools, materials, and site processes
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions on site
• Strong commitment to health & safety

What You’ll Need:

• Your own tools
• Reliable transport to get to site
• The legal right to work in New Zealand
• A good attitude and strong work ethic
