Final Trim Grader Operator – Civil Construction

Duration: Up to 6 weeks + potential extension
 
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our civil construction team. You’ll be operating a CAT 12M Grader equipped with GPS machine control, supporting critical civil works and roading projects.
This role is best suited to a skilled operator who takes pride in precision grading, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to delivering quality results on time.
 
What We’re Looking For

• Proven civil construction operator experience, with strong knowledge of site safety standards.
• Hands-on experience operating CAT 12M graders (or equivalent) with GPS/machine-control systems
• Demonstrated ability in final trim grading with accuracy and efficiency.
• Current and valid driver’s licence (WTR endorsement highly advantageous).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on site.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and available for immediate start.
