We are currently recruiting general labourers on behalf of one of our major North Shore clients. This role can be started immediately for the right candidate and is an ongoing position with a view to temp to perm if it all goes well.
This is a rare opportunity. There is no prior experience needed in what they do, they are willing to provide full training so it is the chance to start a career and get the foot in the door with a major player in the civil industry. The work is North Shore based so will suit candidates wanting to work close to home, but if you live a bit further away don't be put off, they start a bit earlier than usual and finish a bit later. This means you can miss the bulk of the traffic, clock up good hours Mon - Fri and still have your weekends off.
As with the majority of our general labour roles this will be physical work. You must be comfortable working 50 hours a week and being on a civil construction site.

If you are just trying to find "a bit of work" for a few months we can probably still help you out but opportunities like this one do not come up every day and we would like to put someone into the position that will grab the chance to further themselves and get a leg up into a career.

- You must have your own vehicle
- Must pass a pre employment drug test
- Be looking for a long term opportunity

- We pay weekly and on time
- You will receive regular on site visits from or consulting team and we are always at the end of the phone if you need anything
- We supply all the required PPE and can assist with training opportunities - for example we pay for your Site Safe or Construct safe training if required
