Garage Door Technician
We’re looking for an experienced Garage Door Technician to join a busy team working across the wider Waikato region. If you’ve got strong mechanical skills and a can-do attitude, this role could be a great fit.
Location: Varied sites across Waikato
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $28–30 per hour (paid weekly)
About the role:
You’ll be installing, servicing, and repairing garage doors for residential and commercial clients. The role involves a mix of mechanical work, fault-finding, and routine maintenance on-site.

- Install, service, and repair garage doors
- Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
- Mechanical aptitude or previous trade experience
- Full or restricted NZ driver’s licence
- Own reliable transport
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Physically fit for lifting and installation work
