What You’ll Do:

• Install Flooring Solutions: Install a variety of flooring types including carpet, timber, vinyl, and more for residential and commercial properties.
• Surface Preparation: Ensure floors are properly prepared for installation, including levelling, sanding, and cleaning.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality service while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach on every job.
• Work Safely: Ensure that all installations are done safely and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a skilled team to meet project timelines and exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in flooring installation, with proficiency in installing a variety of flooring types (carpet, vinyl, timber, etc.).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of floor preparation, measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for high-quality craftsmanship.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing excellent service.
• Customer Focused: Professional appearance and strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Valid License & Transport: Ideally, a full driver’s license and your own transport for travel to and from job sites.
