- Milk Harvesting Excellence: Leading the way in our modern Rotary Shed, ensuring efficiency and high-grade results.
- Animal Welfare Advocacy: Utilizing your 2+ years of experience to monitor herd health, identify issues early, and treat every animal with respect.
- General Farm Mastery: From fence repairs and water systems to machinery operation and feed management—no two days are the same.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in New Zealand dairy farming.
- Shed Skills: Confident and capable in a Rotary environment.
- The "Farmhand Toolkit": Strong general skills in tractor driving, fencing, and maintenance.
- Attitude: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and a genuine passion for animal welfare.
