Drainlayers – Upper Hutt (Day & Night Shifts Available) We are seeking experienced Drainlayers for a major civil drainage project commencing in October with one of our leading civil construction clients, based in Upper Hutt.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering essential infrastructure works.
The Role

• Installing and maintaining civil drainage systems.
• Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality and safe outcomes.
• Project commencing October 2025.
• Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in drainlaying or similar civil construction roles.
• Drainlaying qualifications highly desirable.
• Knowledge of civil drainage installation methods.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a strong health & safety mindset.
• Tickets and licences (e.g., Class 1 licence, WTR, confined space, etc.) are advantageous.
