Job Title-
Drainlayer
Job Summary-
As a qualified drainlayer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your role involves understanding blueprints, following local building codes, and utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure efficient and effective drainage solutions.
Responsibilities-
Installation work, installing drainage systems including pipes, fittings, manholes and more. Site Preparation, prepare work sites by excavating trenches, clearing debris, and grading work. Material Handling, using appropriate materials for projects. Testing and Inspection, conduct tests for systems such as water flow and leak detection.
Qualifications-
A valid cert in drain laying or a similar relevant qualification, proven on site experience, physically fit as well. Attention to detail and a keen attitude to work is a must. Willingness to travel across Auckland to site is important.
