Customer Service

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Customer service SUPERSTAR for a job based in East Tamaki.

Monday-Friday, normal work hours 8:30am-5pm. This is a long-term role for the right person to jump in and hit the ground running.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• General customer service duties
• Enter Sales Orders into the system
• Create Customer Service supplier quotations
• Approve and control customer credit requests / returns
• Raise purchase orders against requisitions / service work for all out of stock and no-stock parts
• Maintain system required dates on all customer service purchase orders and update customers accordingly
• Review supplier back-order delivery dates against customer service generated purchase orders
