Curtain and Blind Installer - Project Leader

We have a new opportunity for a Curtain and Blind Installer/Project Install Leader

Our client is a Christchurch based company who have been delivering high quality interior curtains and blind services for over 20 years and they’re looking for the next project leader to join their team.

The position involves full service with the successful installation and delivery of curtain and blind projects within Canterbury. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s curtain and blind services, from pricing and quoting through to delivery and installation.

The job involves attention to detail, accurate measuring and pricing, effective communication skills and quality customer service skills, as well as hands on installation of curtains and blinds.

Applicants must be able to liaise with clients and production teams and the successful candidate needs to be confident with computers as well as being able to work with power and hand tools.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate that you have:

• Installation experience or comparable trade/construction experience
• Experience with accurate measuring and pricing
• Great attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy and strong organisational skills
• Full drivers’ licence
