Commercial Carpenter

We’re looking for experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our client’s team on a long-term commercial project in Invercargill. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-run site with a strong pipeline of commercial projects ahead.

Location: Invercargill, Southland
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $32–$35 per hour depending on experience (paid weekly)

What you’ll be doing:

• Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
• Structural steel assembly and installation
• Tilt panel installation
• Formwork, framing, and finishing work
• Working with a range of tools and materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
• Problem-solving and adapting to on-site challenges

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 4 years’ commercial carpentry experience
• Ability to work independently and stay productive on site
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Full driver’s licence
• Own tools preferred
• Site Safe preferred
• Working at Heights and/or EWP tickets advantageous
