Commercial Carpenter
We’re looking for experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our client’s team for ongoing commercial work in Invercargill. If you have a strong background in commercial carpentry, joinery, cabinetry installation or shopfitting, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work across a variety of quality commercial projects.
Location: Invercargill, Southland
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $34–$38 per hour depending on experience (paid weekly)

Pay rate: $34–$38 per hour depending on experience (paid weekly)
What you’ll be doing:
- Commercial fit-outs and finishing carpentry
- Installing cabinets, kitchens and other cabinetry
- Joinery installation, including doors, hardware and finishing
- Shopfitting and interior installation work
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications
- Formwork and framing as required
- Working confidently with a range of tools and materials
- Minimum 4 years’ commercial carpentry experience
- Experience in commercial carpentry, joinery, cabinetry installation or shopfitting
- Ability to work independently, stay productive and deliver quality workmanship
- Strong attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills
- Full driver’s licence
- Own tools and Site Safe preferred
- Working at Heights and/or EWP tickets advantageous
- Ongoing commercial work
