Location: Lower Hutt, Wellington
Salary: $100,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities: As a CNC Machinist, you will be expected to:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Program and troubleshoot CNC machines to optimize production.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine machining processes.
• Train and mentor junior machinists.
• Lead by example in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and initiative.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Strong knowledge of materials and tooling selection.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
