WHAT YOU'LL DO- Build strong relationships with crew members and subcontractors.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and training to ensure a high-performing team.
- Manage schedules and resources to optimise efficiency and meet project targets.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture while upholding company values.
WHAT YOU BRING:- Proven experience as a construction Foreman with a certified trade background.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage a team of 1-10 direct reports.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS- Trade Certificate - preferably in drainlaying
- Construct Safe Passport
- Emergency First Aid Certification
- Full Driver’s License
- Relevant endorsements and qualifications
