Civil Carpenter – Waipa Region

About the Role
You'll be working on structural concrete elements including foundations, walls, slabs, and columns.
Key Duties

• Construct, install, and strip formwork for concrete pours
• Tie reinforcing steel according to plans and specifications
• Read and interpret construction drawings
• Ensure all work complies with NZ building codes and site safety protocols
• Work efficiently within a crew and maintain a tidy worksite
• Assist and support apprentices as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in civil formwork and steel tying
• Physically fit
• Own basic hand tools and toolbelt
• Valid work rights in New Zealand
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test
• Reliable transport
