We seek an Assistant Manager for a popular café in Cambridge. This position is ideally suited for someone wanting to gain management experience in a busy environment!
You will report directly to the Cafe Manager and will be responsible for working on the floor as a barista, as well as supervising the efficient and smooth running of the café alongside the Cafe Manager on a day to day basis.

You will need:
Previous barista experience (ideally 5 years)
A food handling certificate (or equivalent)
You will be demanding of the highest of standards, both of yourself and the staff you supervise
This is a full time position, 40 hours a week, with one weekend day to be worked, flexibility to cover additional hours is a requirement.
