Pool Builder
We’re looking for a hands-on Pool Builder with strong leadership skills and proven construction experience to join our team in Hamilton. If you’re confident on the tools, great with people, and ready to take ownership of site work, we want to hear from you.
Location: Varied sites across Waikato
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $30–33 per hour (paid weekly)
Duties include:

• Leading and supervising a small team on-site
• Full hands-on involvement in pool builds from start to finish
• Using hand and power tools to complete construction tasks
• Reading and interpreting plans to ensure accurate builds
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and safe site practices
• Coordinating materials, timelines, and subcontractors

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven construction or building experience
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Physically fit and confident working outdoors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to read plans and lead a team to deliver quality work
• Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence
• Able to pass a drug test and provide work references
