We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join a friendly, open-plan office in Tauranga.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing accounts receivable and payable
- Using Xero and Furgus software for day-to-day tasks
- Handling confidential payroll-related information
- General administrative support across the office
- Working closely with a diverse, friendly team
- Experience using Xero and Fergus
- 3–5 years’ experience in administration/accounts roles
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Clean MOJ and Drug Test
- Presentable, adaptable, and able to work in a team environment
- Weekly pay
- Part-time hours (9am–2pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Friendly and supportive office environment
- Potential for ongoing work
