We’re looking for an organised and reliable Office Administrator with accounts experience to join a busy team in Wigram.
This is a full-time, ongoing role with an ASAP start, ideal for someone confident managing office administration and accounts tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Wigram, Christchurch
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay rate: $30–$32 per hour (paid weekly)
Start date: ASAP

About the role: You’ll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting the team with administration and accounts tasks.
This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working with accounting systems.
Your duties will include:
• Invoicing completed jobs
• Processing bill payments and general accounts tasks
• Working with Xero and Flomax systems
• General office administration and support
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks
To be successful, you’ll need:
• Previous administration and accounts experience
• Experience using Xero and/or Flomax preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communication and computer skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
