Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) – Waipa / Cambridge

We’re looking for a confident and experienced STMS (A/B Practising) to join one of our top clients in the Waipa / Cambridge area.
If you’re someone who takes safety seriously, knows how to lead a team, and can keep things running smoothly on-site – this role’s for you.

The role:
You’ll be overseeing daily traffic management operations on site – leading your crew, ensuring TMPs are followed, and keeping everything compliant, safe, and efficient.
This is a hands-on leadership role where communication and organisation are key.
You’ll be doing things like:

• Managing and supervising your traffic control team
• Checking and maintaining TMP compliance
• Keeping worksites safe and up to standard
• Coordinating with project managers and contractors
• Completing site paperwork and reports

What we need from you:

• Current A/B Practising STMS certification (Level 1 & 2)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in traffic management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
• Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
• Good knowledge of NZ roadwork and safety standards
