🚧 We’re Hiring: Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) – Auckland, NZ 🚧
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Job Type: Full-Time

We’re expanding our team and looking for a qualified and reliable Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise and implement temporary traffic management plans on construction and civil sites
  • Ensure compliance with the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) Code of Practice
  • Oversee site safety and traffic flow, protecting workers and the public
  • Lead and coordinate Traffic Controllers (TCs) on site
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and the public in a professional manner
  • Complete site audits, documentation, and reporting
What You’ll Need:✅ STMS Level 1 (Category A/B) or STMS Universal qualification (essential)
✅ Valid TC (Traffic Controller) ticket
✅ Full New Zealand Driver’s Licence (Class 1 minimum – Class 2 preferred)
✅ Proven experience in temporary traffic management and site supervision
✅ Strong understanding of NZTA guidelines and safety regulations
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ Ability to work flexible hours and in varied weather conditions
Bonus If You Have:
  • STMS Category C (for high-speed or complex sites)
  • Class 2 Driver’s Licence or truck driving experience
  • ConstructSafe or Site Safe Passport
  • Experience with TMP design or approval
