We’re on the lookout for experienced STMS professionals to join our team in Dunedin. If you’re confident leading traffic management on-site and want consistent work with a supportive crew, this could be the opportunity for you.

Location: Dunedin City
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: Competitive hourly rate

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out traffic management tasks across a range of worksites and events
• Reviewing and implementing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
• Assessing site hazards and applying appropriate control measures
• Leading on-site discussions around Traffic Management Measures (TTM)
• Monitoring traffic flow to maintain safety for workers and the public
• Controlling traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists
• Completing all required paperwork, reports, and site records
• Communicating with clients, teams, and the public to minimise disruption

What we’re looking for:

• Current STMS qualification (Cat A, B and/or C)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in traffic control
• Full Class 1 driver’s licence
• Strong understanding of health & safety practices
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Two work references
• Valid NZ work rights
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
