Position Overview:
Tradestaff are seeking motivated individuals to join our client’s team as Steel Erectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the assembly and erection of steel structures, including beams, columns, and trusses.
• Load and unload materials safely on job sites.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision.
• Follow instructions from experienced steel erectors and project supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe worksite.

Qualifications:
 

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
• Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
