What we’re looking for:

• Experience: 1-3 years in construction, warehousing, or trade-related roles.
• Skills: Ability to use hand and power tools; having your own tools is a plus.
• Certifications: Tickets like Site Safe, Forklift, and Working at Heights are beneficial, but not essential.
• Physical Stamina: Able to perform physically demanding tasks daily.
• Dependability: Must have reliable transport, pass a drug test, and be committed to showing up every day.
• Pay: $25-$27 per hour or more, depending on experience.
