Recruitment Consultant - Queenstown Region
Salary $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Full Time - Minimum 45 hours per week

We are looking for a skilled person who has experience in sales and/or recruitment to join our team in Queenstown.
We will invest in your future guiding you on a structured career path, which for the right candidate can grow into more senior roles and management.
Ideally you will have a relevant qualification related to this role, however possessing at least three years of work experience in sales and/or recruitment could substitute the need for a qualification.
Your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to;

Your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to;
- engaging prospective buyers by making cold and warm sales to build and maintain relationships
- determining buyers' requirements by organizing meetings and site visits to understand clients businesses and needs
- assisting in the development of client lists and sourcing of placements
- developing the branch’s client list recruiting temporary staff to fill specific and potential job orders
- visiting clients to establish selling opportunities
- following up clients and gauging satisfaction with goods and services purchased
- monitoring clients' changing needs and competitor activity
- arranging for advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staff
- maintaining personnel records and information systems
- arranging the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities
- receiving and recording job vacancy information from employers such as details about job description, wages and conditions of employment
- maintaining existing and new relationships with clients
- providing information on current job vacancies in the organisation to employers and job seekers
- interviewing applicants to determine their job requirements and suitability for jobs
- assists employers to find suitable staff
