The Role: From Blueprint to Bottom LineThis isn't just about spreadsheets; it’s about strategy. You will be the commercial heartbeat of our projects, managing every contractual and cost element from the first tender to the final handshake.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Precision Pricing: Tendering and pricing directly from plans and site measures.
• The Art of the Deal: Negotiating with grit and professionalism to secure new work.
• Project Guardianship: Controlling all cost and contractual elements to ensure projects are delivered profitably and on time.
• Relationship Building: Acting as the bridge between our staff, clients, and suppliers to maintain healthy, long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Bring to the TableWe value ambition and a "long-term career" mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven success in a QS or Estimating role.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying (or currently working toward one).
• Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills with a mastery of Excel.
• Organization: The ability to juggle multiple project elements without missing a beat.

Bonus Points for Niche Knowledge: While not essential, we’d love to hear from you if you have experience in:

• Specialist floor coatings, screeds, or concrete repair.
• Membrane Tanking/Roofing: (Bentonite, Bitumen, Butynol, TPO, etc.).
• Protective Coatings: Intumescent spray for steel/timber.
• Plastering Systems: Familiarity with Sto or Resene Rockcote systems and exterior renders.
