Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor – Cambridge
We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee a small team in Cambridge for a short-term assignment. This 4-week role requires strong health and safety awareness, hands-on supervision, and the ability to keep production running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily production schedules and workflow
• Supervise and support a 2-person production team
• Monitor quality standards and ensure output meets requirements
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance in the workplace
• Report progress and any issues to management
• Wear and work comfortably with a respirator when required

What you’ll need:

• Previous supervisory experience in a production environment
• Strong focus on health and safety practices
• Reliable, with good communication skills
• Comfortable wearing a respirator

Pay rate: $28–$32 per hour
