- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching holes
- Select and mix paints to match colors and achieve desired finishes
- Use various application techniques, such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Ensure the quality of finished work by conducting inspections and touch-ups
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand painting requirements
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations in the handling and disposal of painting materials
- Complete projects within specified timeframes
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Knowledge of painting techniques, color matching, and surface preparation
- Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical fitness for tasks involving lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing
