About the Role You’ll be working across residential and light commercial painting projects in Taupō and surrounding areas. The work is hands-on and varied, from prep through to final coats, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and masking
- Rolling, brushing, and spraying as required
- Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working to timelines and site requirements
- Proven painting experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Own reliable transport (essential)
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Safety-conscious at all times
- Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
- Must have own transport
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
- Competitive hourly rates based on experience
