Responsibilities:

• Priming, painting, and coating industrial steel structures according to specifications
• Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers
• Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the painting process
• Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial steel painting is essential
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance record
• Must possess a full manual driver's license and be able to drive manual vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
