As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paints, stains, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to problem solve will be crucial in ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding
• Apply primers or sealers to prepare surfaces for painting
• Mix paints and match colors to specifications
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Ensure smooth and even application of paint
• Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience in painting or a related field
• Highly motivated and driven
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing situations
• Attention to detail is a must
• Strong communication skills
