Dairy Industry: Experienced Mechanical Fitter
Are you looking for a hands-on opportunity in the heart of New Zealand's dairy industry?
Are you a skilled mechanical fitter who thrives in the world of mechanical engineering, especially in the trenches of large-scale industrial plant equipment?
Here's what our client is after:
Skilled Mechanical Fitter: If you know your way around machinery like the back of your hand, our client wants you on their team.
Experience in Food and Dairy Industry: Got a knack for fixing things up in food factories and dairy plants? That's exactly what our client needs.
Independent Worker and Clear Communicator: Can you handle the tools solo while keeping clients in the loop? If you're nodding, you're our client's person.
Available from Late May 2024: Ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work by the end of May? Our client is counting on you.
Willing to Roam: From North to South, are you game to travel all over New Zealand for the job?
Ready for Long Hours: Can you put in the hustle, clocking in up to 50+ hours a week for 3-4 months starting late May?
Now, about our client:
Our client, a seasoned welding services company based in Waikato, has been in the game for three decades, specialising in dairy and process pipework.
Here's the lowdown on the gig:
Project-Based Work: Join us for a temporary stint, diving into exciting projects that span 3 to 4 months.
Gateway Opportunity: While it's project-based for now, this role could pave the way to a permanent spot with a top-notch Waikato Engineering Professional Organisation.
Location: Our client is stationed in Hamilton, but be prepared to journey far and wide across New Zealand.
Travel Perks: Don't fret about travel costs or where to crash—our client's got it covered. Plus, a daily allowance for grub is on us.
This is what the job will involve:
The Bottom Line:
Pay Range: $32 to $40 per hour, based on your expertise
Away from Home? No problem: Our client will cover your living expenses at $120 per day. Plus, they'll sort out travel and accommodations for you.
Just a heads-up: Before you hop on board, our client will need you to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and okay a Ministry of Justice check.
Please apply online, sending through your CV.
