Enjoy a balanced work schedule with your workdays primarily falling between Monday to Friday. However, be prepared for the possibility of working on any day of the week, as we cater to seasonal demands. Embrace the early mornings as our operations run from 5 am to 5 pm. While we value your time, there may be occasional instances where we require a maximum of 14 hours of work in a day. To ensure work-life balance, you'll receive your roster at least 2 weeks in advance.
**Your Duties:**
As a Loader Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and receiving material goods from our valued suppliers.
- Assisting in the efficient loading of fertilizers onto trucks, ensuring our logistics are seamless.
- Being an integral part of our manufacturing process, supporting the team in achieving operational excellence.
- Taking charge of basic vehicle and plant maintenance check sheets to maintain optimal functioning.
- Creating a clean and organized plant and site, fostering an environment we can all take pride in.
- Prioritizing safety by adhering to health and safety practices.
