Tradestaff have been in the recruitment industry for over 25 years, becoming one of the largest in the business in the process! We are looking to expand our team in the Wellington branch by introducing a Junior Recruitment Resourcer.

This role will be a fantastic introduction to the corporate worklife and how recruitment agencies operate, as well as giving you insight into the construction and industrial sector. We will be based in Lower Hutt from early January.

At Tradestaff we work in a fast paced environment, servicing clients all across the Wellington region, working in Temporary recruitment. Due to this we are seeking a hardworking, ambitious and friendly person to join our fantastic team! This role will appeal to anyone who is passionate & enjoys dealing with people, as you will be focusing on bringing new candidates through the door, dealing with reference checks and advert writing. In addition, this role would suit anybody with a customer service background, as customer retention and business development is a key cog in our machine.

Skills and Experience

The Role
The main responsibility of this role is to support our team of NZ consultants with the resourcing and compliance of a number of strong candidates for our teaching vacancies across New Zealand. 
Key responsibilities for the role include:
  • Manage recruitment advertising campaigns
  • Writing of adverts
  • Scheduling candidate registrations
  • Undertaking key compliance documentation
  • Data entry + management
  • Filling bookings
