Trade Qualified Joiner / Apprentice Joiner

Location: Napier

We are seeking a Trade Qualified Joiner and/or a motivated Apprentice Joiner to join a well-established joinery business based in Napier. This role offers a mix of factory-based work and on-site installation, working on a variety of joinery projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Read and interpret joinery plans and drawings
• Manufacture and assemble joinery in the factory
• Operate CNC machinery (training available for apprentices)
• Assist with on-site installations as required
• Work collaboratively as part of a skilled team
• Maintain quality standards and safe work practices

What we’re looking for:

• Trade qualification in Joinery or an apprentice with relevant experience
• Ability to read and understand plans
• Experience operating CNC machines or willingness to learn
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
