- Minimum 3+ years experience and/or Trade Qualification
- Class 1 licence
- At least contactable 2 work references
- 100% commitment to Health and Safety
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Valid current work visa or rights to work in NZ
- Proficiency in surface preparation, colour mixing, and application techniques
