As a Maintenance Handyman, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, ensuring that no two days are the same. The primary duties include:

Water Blasting:

• Efficiently operate water blasting equipment.
• Ensure thorough cleaning of designated areas.

Painting:

• Perform painting tasks both interior and exterior.
• Ensure high-quality finishes on all surfaces.

Renovations:

• Contribute to various renovation projects.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.

Bathroom Installations:

• Install and repair bathroom fixtures and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Plastering:

• Carry out plastering tasks to achieve smooth surfaces.
• Repair and maintain existing plastered areas.

Flooring:

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of flooring.
• Ensure a high standard of workmanship in all flooring tasks.

Waterproofing:

• Apply waterproofing materials to designated areas.
• Ensure the effectiveness of waterproofing solutions.

Requirements:

• Full License: A valid and current full driver's license is a must.
• Trailer Skills: Bonus if you are proficient in backing a trailer.
• Working at Heights Ticket: Must possess a valid working at heights ticket.
• Versatility: Ability to adapt to a wide scope of tasks and responsibilities.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the maintenance team.
• Safety Conscious: Prioritise and adhere to safety guidelines in all tasks.
