Position: Gas Fitter – Boiler Specialist (Training Provided) Location: Christchurch – Plenty of variety, great hours!
Pay Rate: $40 per hour (plus additional overtime and on-call compensation)
Schedule: Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities for boiler breakdowns.

What the Role Involves:

• Burner Services and Installs: Work on diesel and steam boiler systems across residential and commercial sites.
• Comprehensive Training: Learn to install, maintain, and repair various boiler systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve boiler-related issues.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety regulations and industry standards.
• Emergency Callouts: Handle on-call responsibilities for emergency boiler breakdowns.

Key Requirements:

• NZ Qualified Gas Fitter: Must hold a valid NZ Gas License.
• No Boiler Experience Needed: Full boiler training provided.
• Strong Site Work Experience: Comfortable working across varied locations.
• Safety Knowledge: Understand and adhere to gas safety regulations.
• Problem Solver: Willingness to learn and develop boiler-specific skills.
