About the Role
As a Flooring Installer, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional flooring solutions across a diverse range of client sites. From maintenance and patching to full installations, your day will be varied, hands-on, and rewarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing a range of flooring types – vinyl, carpet, laminate, timber, and tiles
• Preparing surfaces, applying underlays, and levelling floors
• Completing repairs and replacements with precision
• Ensuring quality finishes and safety compliance on all jobs
• Collaborating with other trades – carpenters, painters, project managers
• Finalising job documentation and client handovers

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in flooring installation (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong attention to detail and a pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
• Confident using a range of flooring tools, adhesives, and materials
• Ability to read and follow floor plans and job specs
• A full NZ driver’s licence
• A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
