EOI - Sales Representitive

Tradestaff Tauranga are seeking Expressions of Interest for a Sales representitive role we have coming up. This is not an immediate role. 

The role is for a sales rep in the Agricultural Machinery space, you will be required to be a bit of an all rounder. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored advice on machinery and equipment.
• Accurately manage and interpret stock reports to support inventory and sales planning.
• Use Microsoft Outlook and other basic tools to manage communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process from enquiry to delivery.
• Contribute to business growth through product knowledge and professional service.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read people and engage effectively.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems, particularly Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience working with inventory or stock systems.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and obtain MOJ (Ministry of Justice) clearance.

Advantageous Experience:

• Background in automotive parts sales or a similar technical sales role.
• Previous experience in the vehicle or machinery industry, especially in customer-facing positions.
