Electricians – Timber Industry
Location: Bay of Plenty
Pay Rate $40-$45

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced and qualified Electricians to join a leading team in the timber industry based in the Bay of Plenty. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role:

• Carrying out preventative maintenance and electrical repairs on production machinery
• Responding to breakdowns and troubleshooting electrical faults
• Supporting plant upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working safely in a timber processing environment with a variety of modern and heavy equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• New Zealand Registered Electrician with a current practising licence (or equivalent)
• Proven industrial or manufacturing experience (timber industry experience an advantage)
• Strong skills in fault finding, PLCs, automation, and control systems
• A proactive approach to health and safety and teamwork
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet production demands
