Are you a skilled and qualified electrician looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise? Look no further! Tradestaff, a leading provider of temporary employment solutions, is currently seeking a qualified industrial electrician registered with EWRB to join our dynamic team.
 
We currently have opportunities available for either day shift or night shift- you choose!


Responsibilities:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems equipment in industrial settings
• Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and electrical schematics
• Calibrating and testing electrical equipment and instrumentation
• Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure the reliability and efficiency of industrial electrical systems
• Conducting tests and inspections to verify the integrity and performance of installation and equipment
• Adherence to safety protocols and knowledge of electrical codes and regulations

 
Requirements:

• Proven valid registration with the Electrical Workers Registration Board
• Proven experience as a qualified industrial electrician
• Valid work visa (if applicable) or the right to work in New Zealand
• Minimum of a restricted license and own transportation is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Strong problem solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
