Customer Service

Looking for the right applicant to step in and hit the ground running in this role.

• ENTRY LEVEL position
• Pukekohe location
• Monday-Friday
• 7:30am-5pm with a rostered Saturday, 8am-11am.
• Parking available on-site

You’ll be involved with everything from inwards/outwards goods and stock takes to helping customers find the products they need and processing sales

About the role:

• Serving customers and generating sales (via counter, phone, email)
• Organizing transfers of incoming goods and distribution of products
• Assisting with and maintaining the stock in the showroom and on shelves
• Invoicing accurately and on-time. Following up on any purchase orders
• Receiving, unpacking, inspecting incoming goods and updating system
• Contributing and supporting the stock-take process

 

This role requires someone with a positive “CAN-DO” attitude, who’s eager to learn and develop their skills and get their foot into the electrical wholesaler industry.
