Cocktail Mixologist - Christchurch with Accommodation

Are you a seasoned cocktail mixologist looking for a change of scene with the added bonus of accommodation set up for the first few months to support your move?

We are looking for a number of experienced cocktail mixologists for our Christchurch based client who are happy to support with free accommodation for the first couple of months to help you settle into the city and find your feet.

This is a great career move for someone looking to relocate to Christchurch on an ongoing basis. 

We are looking for the following skills who really love and enjoy delighting customers: 

• Greet every customer who walks through our doors like your best friend you haven’t seen in years
• Prepare a wide range of innovative cocktails, mixed drinks and other beverages
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, costing and preparation methods
• Participate in product training by brand ambassadors, representatives and the Venue Manager
• Work with pace, keeping your work area well organised
• Provide professional table and bar service
• Ensure there is always an adequate supply of clean glassware, fruit, garnishes and batched product
• Ensure the bar, entrance and outdoor areas are kept clean and tidy
• Make sure equipment is clean and the bar area is kept clean at all times—surfaces wiped down, spillages cleaned up etc
• Ensure that appropriate stock/par level of all bar items is constantly maintained
• Have great knowledge of alcohol and alcohol history

If you have your managers certificate this would be a huge bonus and would be recognised in the salary agreements.
