Class 5 Driver

Class 5 Driver – Civil Works Support (Coromandel/Thames Area)
We’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused Class 5 Driver to join a civil works crew in the Coromandel/Thames region. You’ll be driving Class 5 vehicles, transporting machinery, and supporting site operations. At times, you’ll also operate diggers and assist the ground crew to keep projects moving efficiently. Flexibility is important, as you will be required to work on an on-call rotational roster.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive Class 5 trucks across the Coromandel/Thames area
• Transport and operate machinery (including diggers)
• Support the civil works team with on-site duties
• Follow all health & safety requirements
• Be available for on-call shifts on a rotational roster

Requirements

• Full Class 5 licence (essential)
• WTR endorsement (bonus)
• Civil construction or earthworks experience (preferred)
• No criminal record
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong communicator
