Civil Operative

Position: Civil Operators
Location: North Auckland

Tradestaff Northwest is seeking experienced Civil Operators to join our growing team. We are looking for Moxy Drivers, Bobcat Operators, and Class 4 Tipper Drivers. Civil experience is preferred, and a Class 4 license is essential for this role.
What does this role involve?

• Operating Moxy trucks, Bobcats, and Class 4 Tippers
• General civil operating duties across various sites
• Ensuring safe and efficient machine operation
• Performing pre-start checks and routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition
• Collaborating with the team for effective site management and project delivery

What are we looking for?

• Valid Class 4 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Experience operating Moxy trucks, Bobcats, and Class 4 Tippers
• Civil construction experience is preferred
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor on-site when required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Health & safety focused and committed to site safety standards
