Job Description:
We are searching for a proactive and safety-conscious Hydro Vac Operator to manage and operate our hydro excavation equipment effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently excavating and removing soil and debris, ensuring the integrity of underground utilities and minimizing environmental impact.
Responsibilities:

• Operate hydro vac equipment in accordance with safety standards and operational guidelines
• Perform hydro excavation tasks, including trenching, potholing, and debris removal
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, including routine maintenance and inspections
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hydro Vac Operator or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in operating hydro vac equipment and knowledge of excavation techniques
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the industry
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
